READ: Charleston Shooter Releases Heartless Post-Massacre Statement; Absolutely CHILLING (DETAILS)

By now, everyone knows that Dylann Roof, the white supremacist who shot and killed 9 people in Charleston, South Carolina’s historically Black Emmanuel AME Church, is finally facing justice. He was found sane and competent to stand trial, and was found guilty on all counts of murder and other charges related to the shooting. Now, the sentencing phase of the trial is upon Roof, and there’s only one debate going on – whether or not he gets life in prison or the death penalty.

During this phase, Roof is representing himself, and from his opening statements, it seems that the arrogant, egotistical, murdering racist is only concerned with one thing: That his mental stability not be questioned. As if this isn’t bizarre enough, there has been a release of Roof’s own reaction to his murderous actions in that church, and it is just as we suspected – he feels no remorse. Written in a journal the police seized as evidence, here is what Roof had to say about that horrific night:

“I would like to make it crystal clear I do not regret what I did. I am not sorry. I do feel sorry for the innocent white people that are killed daily at the hands of the lower races.”

The journal went on to say:

“African-Americans have to pay for what they’ve done.”

“I created the biggest wave I could. I did all I can do, now it is in the hands of my brothers.”

Tweeting from inside the court proceedings, Washington Post reporter Matt Zapotsky revealed more:

That is nothing short of absolutely chilling. This 22-year-old white supremacist has to be nothing more than a sociopath. He has no value whatsoever for any lives except white lives – but then again, that is what white supremacy is. Whether or not the guy suffers from a bona fide mental illness, I do not know, and nor do I care. All I know is that most criminals – even murderers – try to show some remorse in the courtroom when confronted with their crimes.

The jury was forced to listen to Roof’s heartless, chilling words about what he did and how he feels, and since he gets to represent himself, the survivors of the shooting will potentially be cross examined by Roof himself, which is about as disgusting as it gets.

I am normally staunchly opposed to the death penalty, but for this guy? If anyone deserves it, it’s Dylann Roof.
