JUST IN: Martin Sheen Delivers POWERFUL Message To Electoral College That EVERY American Needs To See

There are just four days left before the Electoral College goes and casts their votes for the presidency. Just four! While the EC might seem outdated, Alexander Hamilton was right when he said that we need this last buffer in place before installing someone who is horrifically unqualified to lead us. Someone like Donald Trump.

Sheen, like the rest of the sane world, wants the Electoral College to do what it was supposed to do. To that end, he gives us, and the EC, an extremely powerful and important message. Quoting Alexander Hamilton, he starts this message off with:

“Republican members of the Electoral College, this message is for you. As you know, our founding fathers built the Electoral College to safeguard the American people from the dangers of a demagogue, and to ensure the presidency only goes to someone who is ‘to an eminent degree, endowed with the requisite qualifications.”

From there, other celebrities join in to spread the message. The Electoral College, as the video states, was created specifically to prevent someone who’s charismatic, slick, slimy, popular, but who’s also a lying dictatorial autocrat, from actually taking office. Its purpose is specifically to prevent someone like Trump from ever leading this country.

There’s another important point they make, here, too, and that is they’re not trying to press the Republican electors to vote for Hillary. Most Republican electors won’t, but they’ll consider a Republican who actually knows what he’s doing. This message touches on everything we need to know ahead of the Electoral College’s vote.

Watch the full video below:

At the bottom, they ask us to make our own videos directly addressing the electors and telling them why their votes are so important to America. If you do make your own video, or you share this one to social media, including this one, remember to include the hashtags #UniteForAmerica and #SupportTheElectors.
