As of now, the citizens of the United States have no idea about what is within the personal finances of the President-Elect. Not knowing what is going on within Donald Trump’s finances is mortifying knowing his history and many business ties.
To force an audit of Trump’s taxes, Senator Elizabeth Warren wrote a letter to the Government Accountability Office urging them to look into his finances and any potential violations or conflicts of interest.
You can find Senator Warren’s full letter HERE
She needs our help, though. We, as citizens have every right to demand our nation’s leader be as transparent as possible, so there is a call to send the following email with the following instructions.
A really quick action, if you haven’t done it already:
If you want to support Senator Warren’s request to audit President-Elect Trump’s finances for conflicts of interest, the woman who answered the phone at the Comptroller General of the Government Accountability Office said the most effective way to be sure my support counted was to email two administrators, Katherine Siggerud and Timothy Minelli. Their email addresses are:
There is a third email, [email protected], through which they are tracking people who were urging support for an audit.
Re: Audit for President-Elect Trump’s financial concerns
Dear Ms. Siggerud and Mr. Minelli,
I’m writing in support of Senator Elizabeth Warren’s request for an audit of our incoming President-Elect Trump’s finances, to prohibit conflicts of interest that would prevent him from carrying out the responsibilities of the office without corrupt influence.
While it’s not really clear where the original support letter started, it’s a damn good idea. Let’s show our support of the letter and let our leaders, as well as potential leaders to be, that we are a nation of, by and for the people. Not for one businessman to con half the nation into giving him endless power to secure deals around the world.
