WikiLeaks, along with its owner, Julian Assange, has made it a goal to hack and release any damaging information they say they can find on the DNC and their presidential candidate for 2016, Hillary Clinton.
WikiLeaks is responsible for the email dump that exposed the DNC’s biased support of Hillary Clinton over her opponent, Bernie Sanders, just days before the Democratic National Convention. The DNC responded and Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) and others were forced to resign over the email scandal, but the DNC also released a statement saying that what should be even more concerning than the content of the emails was the fact that American government emails were being hacked and that it appeared Russian hackers were involved.
The accusations were denied and even laughed off by some, including the GOP nominee, Donald Trump, as late as the second presidential debate. Despite the fact that it widely agreed-upon by then that the hacks were indeed coming from Russia and that Russian government intelligence is involved, Trump insisted that the claims were ridiculous and simply meant as a way to discredit him and tie him to Russia and Vladimir Putin.
‘I notice, anytime anything wrong happens, they like to say the Russians are — she doesn’t know if it’s the Russians doing the hacking. Maybe there is no hacking. But they always blame Russia. And the reason they blame Russia because they think they’re trying to tarnish me with Russia. I know nothing about Russia. I know — I know about Russia, but I know nothing about the inner workings of Russia.’
As more and more emails have been released, more damaging information against Hillary Clinton and the DNC have come to light. Emails from Clinton have been released in which she referred to Bernie Sanders’s supporters as “living in their parents’ basements” and even referred to Muslims by using a racial epitaph, the latter of which has been debunked completely. Trump voters have crowed over the emails as proof that Clinton is crooked while the Clinton campaign began questioning the veracity of these emails because of their obvious Russian source.
It seemed like a bunch of deflecting from the Clinton campaign, but then, something very interesting happened on Thursday morning.
Part six of the WikiLeaks email dump from the alleged hacked Podesta emails were released this morning, but not by WikiLeaks. The big reveal came from RT America, the U.S. branch of the Russian cable network once known as Russia Today.

RT America tweeted with a link to the documents at 6:09 AM. However, WikiLeaks had not yet announced the release. They didn’t do so, in fact, until 23 minutes later.

How did RT America know that the emails were being released and how did they know where to find the documents? It’s looking more and more like Julian Assange and WikiLeaks are working directly with the Russian government to destroy the Democratic presidential candidate.
It also seems that when Hillary Clinton referred to WikiLeaks as a “Russian propaganda arm,” a claim that Julian Assange quickly denied, the former secretary of state wasn’t so far off.
